Hello, I am the WretchedGhost, yes that one, also a :libra:, and I am a self-inflicted Linux system admin, a reluctant network admin, a bibber of yerba mate, and disciplined in all manner of tech. Currently I work in the oilfield in a sys admin capacity.

I have migrated this site from my old site blog.wretchednet.com due to letting it expire and then having someone swoop in and buying it up and now trying to sell it for $2,400. Some articles will make mention of the old site name and may be confusing to new people who stumble across my site.

I am currently living the RV life and have run wires, made holes, and have two servers, 2 dedicated workstations, and a plethora of laptops in my cramped living conditions.

I have been in the sys-admin game for over seven years now and I have a few things I have learned along the way that I want to have referenced for myself and for whoever else stumbles onto my blog.
